I picked this up locally in Miami, and for a used sectional, it's in decent shape. The linen upholstery feels okay, and the manual recliner works fine. The right chaise is comfortable for lounging. However, it's a bit smaller than I expected, and the beige color shows dirt easily. Assembly wasn't needed, but the used condition means some wear is visible.
